What does it look like to work with you from inquiry to gallery delivery?
After you inquire, I’ll follow up via email or text to schedule a phone or Zoom call. From there, I’ll send over a contract and invoice, with a 25% retainer due to secure your date. The remaining balance will be split into payments, with the final payment due the week of your wedding (you’re welcome to pay it off earlier if you prefer). In the meantime, we’ll connect for a couple of calls to go over details and your vision. After your wedding, you’ll receive sneak peeks within 48 hours, and your full gallery within 6–8 weeks.

What are your prices?
Yes! I usually check with a couple before to see which makes them more comfortable. If a couple clarifies that they need lots of help posing, then I am so willing to step in. However, my favorite thing is to step back and let a couple laugh together!
Do you help with posing (especially for couples who feel awkward)?
Weddings: 50 - 100 images/hour. Other: 30-50 images.
How many images do couples typically receive?
If the Client cancels this Agreement or fails to attend, all payments made will be non-refundable. By booking, the Client acknowledges that ANNA KATE MEDIA LLC reserves this date and turns away other work.
If any travel expenses (such as airfare, lodging, or rentals) have been booked prior to cancellation, the Client is responsible for reimbursing all non-refundable costs, not to exceed the original travel estimate.
If cancellation occurs less than two months before the event, the full remaining balance is still due and no refunds will be issued.
The retainer is non-refundable, as it secures the date and covers potential losses that are difficult to measure.
